If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our refund and return policy related to services accessed via IPTV Smarters Pro, Xtreme HD IPTV, Code IPTV credentials, or any IPTV stream provided by our platform.

The following terms are applicable for any IPTV subscription or IPTV stream services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to IPTVSTREAMBEST.

• Services refer to the digital IPTV subscriptions and IPTV streams offered through our platform and used via third-party IPTV player apps like IPTV Smarters Pro or Xtreme HD IPTV.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us using valid Code IPTV credentials.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to IPTVSTREAMBEST, accessible from https://iptvstreambest.com/

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund Policy for Subscription Plans

24-Hour Trial: Once you have used the IPTV service or IPTV stream for more than 4 hours via IPTV Smarters Pro or Xtreme HD IPTV, a refund is no longer possible. However, we offer a free trial between 2 to 4 hours so you can test our Code IPTV login credentials and IPTV stream access at no risk before purchase.

1-Month Plan: Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of activation. Refunds will not be issued after this period.

3-Month Plan: Eligible for a refund within the first 3 days of service. Afterward, no refund will be granted.

6-Month Plan: Refunds are possible within 6 days from the start of the service. No refunds beyond that period.

12-Month Plan: Refund eligibility lasts up to 10 days. After 10 days, your subscription and IPTV stream access become non-refundable.

All services, including IPTV streams, must be accessed legally through IPTV Smarters Pro or Xtreme HD IPTV using your personalized Code IPTV credentials.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us clearly through one of the following channels:

We will reimburse You immediately using the same payment method You used during the Order. No transaction fees will be applied to your refund.
